If you prefer to make your own airfare arrangements, than we recommend using Philippine Airlines or Cathay Pacific if at all possible.
Philippine Airlines has the shortest flying time from the U.S. However, you must change planes in Manila for your trip to Cebu City. With Cathay Pacific, you will fly straight to Cebu after a stop in Hong Kong. Cathay usually has a cheaper price than P.A.L. Try to avoid Northwest Airlines as they get you in to Manila late in the P.M. You will have to wait until 5 A.M. the earliest, to make your connecting flight to Cebu City
