Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary, Pacific Island Tours reserves the right to ask for personal information to ensure the safety and accurateness of the services offered to foreign men and Filipino women.
In most cases, Pacific Island Tours will ask foreign men to complete a personal data sheet that includes a criminal and medical background questionnaire before being allowed to communicate and be introduced to Filipino Women. Filipino Women will be subject to pre-screening prior to using our service.
Pacific Island Tours will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings, personal injury or personal loss while availing our services that are beyond our control.
Regarding Romance Tours, our service is open to serious foreign men, over the age of 25, and serious Filipino women, over the age of 18, who are unpretentious in their search for love. We are an introduction service that facilitates in helping single foreign men meet single Filipino girls for friendship, dating, romance, and love that will hopefully lead to a long lasting and loving relationship. This is a service where single foreign men come to the Philippines on a Romance Tour to meet single Filipino women. We let single foreign men choose the Filipino girls he would like to meet from our women membership. We provide an opportunity for the two single and available individuals to meet one another in an initial contact called the introduction. We do not force relationships nor arrange them. We leave it up to the man and the woman to decide who to choose and spend the rest of their life with. If they decide to start a relationship, we are not responsible for its outcome and cannot guarantee it will last. We are in compliance with Philippine Republic Act 6955, in that we DO NOT match Filipino Women to foreign men for marriage nor do we promise marriage. - provide or sell contact information that is not agreed to
- sell mailing lists or email lists of member profiles
- match individuals for marriage or promise marriage
- make suggestions or selections of who to meet
- guarantee the compatibility of two individuals once they do meet
- act as agent or broker for the man and woman to marry
- arrange or promote marriages or suggest that any man or woman rush into such a union
We trust the information provided by both parties, but WE ARE NOT responsible for any misrepresentation by either the man or woman who join our services.
WE DO NOT hold large gatherings where groups of men and women meet and the girls get selected as potential brides or partners.
Regarding Visa Processing, the decision to issue or refuse a visa is made solely by the said country's Bureau of Immigration or it's Authority. Pacific Island Tours is not involved in the decision making process and are not responsible for any delay in visa processing associated with issuing a decision on visa applications.
Pacific Island Tour's claim of a high success rate and guarantee is subject to each applicant's visa application. Pacific Island Tours is not responsible for any outcome that is beyond our control. We are not held responsible for any misrepresentation by the applicant, findings, or any other reason for denial of the visa application by the country's Bureau of Immigration or it's Authority. And US Petitioners must not have been convicted of any of the crimes listed or covered by the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006.
Pacific Island Tours takes every reasonable precaution while handling documents. Pacific Island Tours will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever to the applicant for any documents that are lost in transit by accident, theft, natural calamities (acts of God) or any other reason outside the control of, or not arising out of a willful default of, Pacific Island Tours.
The applicant agrees and accepts that Pacific Island Tours does not control the various country Immigration Authorities nor does it control or operate the services provided by them. Pacific Island Tours will not be liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for the loss or damage of applicant's documents due to any default on the part of a country's Immigration Authority.
The applicant agrees and accepts that the acceptance and mail delivery service through which documents are returned to the applicants by Pacific Island Tours is operated by a third-party. Pacific Island Tours does not control or operate any packaging, courier, or mail service, neither does it control or operate any facility or service provided by these companies. Pacific Island Tours disclaims any and all liability for any loss or damage caused to the applicant in the event that their documents are delayed, misplaced, lost or damaged by the delivery company, whether such delay, misplacement, loss, damage is a result from negligence, accident or any other cause.
In no event shall Pacific Island Tours and/or its representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever due to such delay, misplacement, loss, damage of the documents, including the applicant's passport. The applicant agrees that the foregoing limitation of liability is an agreed allocation of risk between the parties and this limitation of liability is and shall be an integral part of this disclaimer.
Advertising and promotional material may accompany the relevant documents at the time they are returned to the applicant. If the applicant does not wish to receive any such advertising material along with the relevant documents, the applicant must advise Pacific Island Tours in advance. Please note that no advertising material accompanying the relevant documents are endorsed by any government and it's immigration offices.
Refund Policy:
Pacific Island Tours reserves the right to honor refund requests under certain conditions. Refund requests will not be granted unless...
For Romance Tours, the customer cancels their Romance Tour reservation at least 45 days in advance of their scheduled date of arrival in order to receive a full refund of their deposit or any monies given, or may choose to apply as credit to next Romance Tour or credit toward other services offered by Pacific Island Tours or its subsidiaries. If not cancelled within 45 days, the customer agrees to forfeit all deposits and monies paid to Pacific Island Tours or its subsidiaries regardless if what services, if any, have been rendered.
For Visa processing services, the client agrees that no refunds will be granted once payment is made for visa processing, unless the visa is denied by immigration officials on grounds of default by Pacific Island Tours or its subsidiaries. Other reasons for visa denial (eg. undisclosed criminal background, medical conditions, income limits, and other reasons beyond our control) do not constitute valid grounds for a refund.
No employee of Pacific Island Tours has any authority whatsoever to change/amend/amplify or withdraw any or all of the terms and conditions mentioned herein without the prior written approval of Pacific Island Tours ownership.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in English in accordance with International laws. Any claims or disputes arising in relation to the services provided by Pacific Island Tours to the applicant shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the International Courts.
Visitors and clients to this website accept and confirm prior to availing any services offered by Pacific Island Tours, that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by, without limitation or qualification, all of the terms, conditions and details provided herein.
